Founded Trans Continent in 2003, started with 7 personel and increase rapidly for almost 300 employees now in 16 Indonesia offices, Philippine, Australia and 7 overseas agents spread over Asia, Australia, America & Europe continent.

Prior to that, Ismail held various senior management positions within the global logistics group Megatrindo Nusantara Abadi and C & P Logistic Indonesia. He also operated in Philippine and Australia. Yes, he succeed brings local company to international with world class services of logistics.

Lilis Sugiarti

Born in 1977, her accounting educational background it’s fully meritorious for her professional career since 1995 with joined travel industry as her first professional career. Trans Continent delightness for Lilis joining date in 2005. Administration, Customer Service Excellent and now Billing, are her mostly expertised. As a billing manager, Lilis succeed of responsible for designing, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures, as well as streamlining effective billing processes across multiple markets. Dennis has a Senior Technical & Managerial expertise with more than 40 years of wide-ranging experiences in mining, energy, transportation & manufacture fields.
Hold various Mining, Leadership & Technical educations and hundred of national & international certificates, Dennis joined at TOTAL E&P Indonesie (1974-2010) demonstrated high skilled in transportation, supply chain, warehousing & operations.

Nasfuddin

General Manager

After completing his studies in logistics, tax & administration, Ade Nasfuddin, born 1978, started his professional career in Operation & Finance Division in 2000-2004
In 2005, after holding numerous leading positions at different logistics companies, Ade Nasfuddin joined the Board of Management team in Trans Continent as the General Manager.
Ade has a wide range of expertise in both the Operation and Finance & Administration.
Ade also has strong knowledge and expert in technical pre-sales, business analysis and development, and solution design.
By his role, as a main top management team in Trans Continent, Ade has been dedicated to providing a highest performance level to achieve and exceed internal main core strategies.

Fredy Hutagalung

Deputy General Manager

Fredy Hutagalung has worked with the Trans Continent for over 12 years to help develop the extensive product suite. He joined in Trans Continent 2006 and being part of main management team.
Born in 1971 and has Indonesian Custom Broker Certified (PPJK) of Customs Trainer Centre as an expert license of custom, cargo project handling expert and Certified Air and Sea Dangerous Goods handling. Fredy ‘s dedicated his professional career since 1990 until now in only for logistics industry means 19+ years experience in one industry focus.
His contributions to Trans Continent ranged from quality assurance testing to complete excellent customer solutions, in his role as the first person in operation division.
Create new opportunities channel, provide excellent operation management, and deliver total solutions are his talent.

Nursan Nurdin

Business Development Manager

Nursan Nurdin has over 17 years’ experiences in leading corporations in industry sectors including logistics, mining, and retail. He holds a Bachelor degree of Management.
His main technical strengths are in business development and sales, covering areas such as well as integration and implementations with logistics and supply chain networks.
Nursan is recognized for providing innovative and insightful solutions to ensure clients achieved their business objectives.
He manages a global network of channel partners and sales staff, as well as business development team. Based in Indonesia, Philippine & Australia, Nursan is a well-organized, self-motivated, multi-task oriented, dedicated International Business Professional and a valuable member of the Trans Continent team.

Agus Solahudin

Regional Manager

Born in Purwerejo Central Java in Nov 1970, he completed his study & went to Balikpapan at 1997 to get certificate Indonesian Custom Broker Certified (PPJK).
Joined with PT Cahaya Kaltim Surya, PT Megatrindo Nusantara Abadi and PT C & P Logistics who running customs clearance and logistics services for global oil companies. At 2001 Agus moved to West Papua at Timika, joint with PT Hero Supermarket as Contractor inside area of PT Freeport Indonesia.Agus joint with PT TRANS CONTINENT as Regional Manager since company was a startup as Heavylift and Project Cargo specialist in year 2003. He succeed becomes a part of a fast growing successful team in Trans Continent, which is now a big company, a worldwide class.

Juliano A Coloay

Project Manager

After graduating bachelor degree, Juliano started his career at Dowell Anadrill Schlumberger in 1994. From accountant to material and logistics coordinator. His career moved to Schlumberger Geophysics Nusantara based in Balikpapan and Agincourt Resources, Martabe Gold Mine afterwards and based in North Sumatera, before hold a Project Manager in Trans Continent. As a specialist in material handling, warehousing and project management, Juliano is dedicated to providing a top performance to achieve and exceed internal and external customer satisfaction and facilitate strategic business goals by Project Management lead at Trans Continent.

Yuni Mulyani

Yuni has over 19 years’ experience gained in Banking, manufacturing, Financial Services & Logistics. Born in 1979 and holds a Post Graduated in Magister of Management. With both a practical and innovative approach to problem-solving, Yuni brings a range of skills and attributes to Trans Continent team. Her key areas of expertise include influencing, negotiating, commitment to continuous improvement, implementing tools for managing a growing business and strategically mitigating logistics administration by communicating and involve in many main government policies maker and legal division. Recently, Yuni succeed bring herself to be one of important management team in Trans Continent.

Aan Nurdjanah

Explosive & Hazmat Manager

As a senior pensionary of Member of the Indonesian National Police with expertise in explosives handling, Aan has 38 years experience in this field.
With the last title of AKBP as the Chief of Explosives Unit at the Directorate of State Security BAINTELKAM POLRI, Aan also has senior managerial capability in manufacturing, packaging, delivery, storage, use, waste, risk handling, human resources and all other explosives-related matters.
Aan with her law bachelor degree, also has experience as a lecturer and trainer in explosives management for 20 years organized by Direktur Teknik Migas Dirjen Migas, and also conducting national and international service visits to companies using and or Associated with explosives.
